Why We Exist
AM&DG started in a small office with a big idea. Our founders, a mix of software engineers and operations managers, saw firsthand how much time and talent was wasted on manual, error-prone tasks. They watched brilliant people spend their days copying and pasting data instead of innovating.
They knew there had to be a better way. The existing "enterprise" solutions were clunky, expensive, and required a team of consultants to implement. On the other end, the simpler tools lacked the power and reliability needed for critical business operations.
